DBS Career Hub: UI/UX Design and Project Management
About
One of Gametize’s client projects was with DBS to create a career management portal to promote internal mobility, called Career Hub. On the portal, employees are encouraged to connect with mentors, view career upskilling resources, and apply for job shadowing opportunities within the bank.
I was the Creative Director and Project Manager for this project, devising the branding revamp, narrative, and UI/UX. In addition, I also managed the timeline, scoping of technical requirements, and other project milestones.

Main Dashboard
The main dashboard is where the user can access the latest news & updates, as well as have a consolidated view of all of the components available to them on the career management portal.
eMentor
One main component is eMentor where users can apply to connect to a variety of mentors in the bank in different departments and specializations to receive career guidance and advice.
Be My Guest
Another notable module of the portal is Be My Guest where users can apply to either be a Host or a Guest for job shadowing opportunities within the bank, to allow exposure and experience opportunities for them to understand other functions within the bank.
Virtual Career Fair
The portal also was designed to host the Virtual Career Fair where there were a series of webinars and conferences for the user to attend and interact with other attendees as well as the speakers and facilitators.
